SHO-ME SCUBA BACKGROUND

1979: Sho-Me Dive was established in association with Sam Montgomery's
Scuba World.

Local dive trips to Beaver Lake, Bull Shoals Lake, Norfork Lake, Table
Rock Lake and Bonne Terre Mine became a part of the program.

1981: Sho-Me Bought out Scuba World.

Local trips continued, and the training program expanded.

"Exotic" trips to places like Florida and Cozumel Mexico began.

1987: Sho-Me became an Instructor Training Facility, allowing us to train
and certify entry level through instructor level.

          With Aldo Sebben, Sho-Me established and taught the PED Scuba
          course at Southwest Missouri State (Missouri State University) for five
          years.

1989: Changed the name Sho-Me Dive to Sho-Me Scuba. Hence, the phrase
"Show Me Safety, Show Me Fun, Sho-Me Scuba!" came about.

And that's what it's all about, SAFETY and FUN!

1993: Aqua F/X was established as the "sister" company to Sho-Me Scuba.

Aqua F/X offers firearms sales, MORE local boat diving and exotic travel.

Past, Present, Future: Sho-Me Scuba, and Aqua F/X, is still around, while others
have come and gone. We don't have to "knock the competition", just treat our
customers the way we want to be treated... as customers. After all, it's you the customer that keeps us in business!
