INSTRUCTOR CERTIFIER - The highest Dive Leader Rating!

Instructor Certifiers are able to certify all levels, including Open Water Instructors, because they are authorized to conduct Instructor Evaluations.  Certifiers have made the highest commitment to the SSI system and to diving.

The Instructor Certifier (IC) certification will be issued by  SSI Headquarters when the candidate has passed a list of criteria.
